Landscapes

Landscapes change with the light. And light changes everything. I photograph at the moment when both come together: just after sunrise, when fog hangs over the valley; in the evening, when the Gastlosen turn a glowing red; on arctic nights, when the northern lights set the sky in motion.
 
My landscape photos are taken in the Fribourg Pre-Alps region, but also on travels through Norway, Iceland and beyond. Each shot is the result of patience, long walks, and knowing that the perfect moment can't be forced – it must be waited for.
